The service

Pilou is a job-application toolkit: it fills out job application forms from a profile you provide, tailors resumes and cover letters to specific postings, and helps you track applications. Pilou fills forms; it never submits them. You are always the one who reviews and submits each application.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the profile data you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Beta access is invite-only and tied to the email address the invite code was issued for.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Pilou to submit false or misleading information on your behalf to a third-party portal
• Don't use Pilou to automate submissions without your own review; the "never submit" behavior is a product guarantee, not a feature to work around
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service

No guarantee of outcomes

Pilou helps you prepare and submit applications faster; it does not guarantee interviews, offers, or that any specific portal will accept an autofilled or generated document. Job boards and ATS platforms change their forms and layouts outside of our control.

Beta service

Pilou is currently in closed beta and provided free of charge during this period, "as is," without warranty of any kind. Features, availability, and invite requirements may change as the product develops.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
